Registration Categories & Pricing
Registration for the National Meeting begins on November 10. Please note that you must have an APsA account in order to register for the National Meeting. If you don’t have one, you can create an account here. APsA members and past attendees already have accounts linked to their email on file.
After you’ve created a profile, select the “Return to Home” button. Click “Events” at the top of the screen, then “Browse Events.” Then select “2027 National Meeting” to register.

Frequently Asked Questions about Registration
Do I have to create an account to register?
Yes. You need to create an APsA account in order to register for the National Meeting. After you’ve created your account, from the account portal, select the “Return to Home” button. Click “Events” at the top of the screen, then “Browse Events.” Then select “2027 National Meeting” to register. If you have trouble signing in, please contact George Pelch [email protected].
I lost my badge! Can I get a new one?
Yes but please be aware that there is a $10 fee for badge reprints.
This is my first-time attending. What can I expect?

Can I register for a session on-site?
There will be no on-site registration for sessions. Popular sessions may reach room capacity quickly, so we recommend planning an alternative.
Can I attend the National Meeting virtually?
National Meeting registration is for in-person attendance only. There is no virtual or hybrid participation option available.
When does registration open and close?
Online advanced registration goes through Monday, January 25, 2027. Regular pricing starts after January 25, 207 and the price is the same as on-site registration which will begin on Tuesday, February 2, 2027.
This year, in addition to our pre-registration prices, now referred to as Advanced, we’ve introduced Early Bird pricing at an even lower rate for the first two weeks of registration. Dates for the Early Bird, Advanced, and Regular pricing are below. See pricing table for all pricing levels.
Early Bird pricing: November 10 – 23, 2026
Advanced pricing: November 24, 2026 – January 8, 2027
Regular pricing: ends February 5, 2027
What types of payment are accepted for registration?
Credit cards only. This includes on-site registration, checks and cash will not be accepted.
