Requesting Financial Assistance
We recognize that financial limitations may prevent some individuals from attending APsA’s 2027 National Meeting. If you are in need of financial assistance, please reach out to RESTEM.
You might also want to ask a mentor or colleague who is an active APsA Member about the Colleague Outreach Opportunity Program. This program requires the sponsoring individual to be an active member in good standing, who is registered to attend the 2027 National Meeting. This sponsor can invite a colleague who has never been to a meeting or has not been in 10 years, to attend the 2027 National Meeting at no charge. Important: Your APsA Member sponsor must first be registered for the National Meeting before submitting your information for complimentary registration,
Financial Assistance – How To Support
Donating Support for Attendees
You can help make the National Meeting more accessible for attendees. Outlined below are a few ways you can offer financial support to others:
Offer Lodging
If you’re based in Washington D.C., you can offer to host an attendee by emailing [email protected].
Support through RESTEM
Visit RESTEM’s donation page to make a donation that will assist attendees with airfare, lodging, and registration costs.

Registration Fee Assistance
Help first-time attendees by participating in APsA’s Colleague Outreach Opportunity Program, which provides free registration for first time attendees.
Alternatively, if you know someone facing difficulties with registration costs, you can arrange to pay their fee directly.
Colleague Outreach Opportunity Program
With APsA’s Colleague Outreach Opportunity Program (CO-OP), every active member who registers in advance for the 2027 National Meeting can invite a colleague who has never been to a meeting, or has not been to a meeting in 10 years, to attend the 2027 National Meeting at no charge.

Sponsoring members must register by December 31, 2026 and invited colleagues must register by January 7, 2027. Fill out this Google Form to nominate a colleague.
