The discounted room rate for the National Meeting is available until Tuesday, January 5, 2027 or until the room block is filled.

Click the “Reserve Lodging” button below. A new window will open to the reservation booking site.
From this new page, click “Make Reservation.”
Select your check-in/check-out dates, the number of rooms, and the number of guests per room, then click “Search.”
You’ll see one type of room for “Guest Room”—enter the number of guests and click “Select.”
On the “Extend Your Stay” Page select “Next.”
On the “Guest Information” Page, enter the information for each adult guest staying in your room. This is your opportunity to indicate your request for a King or Double room, or any other room preferences, in the Requests section. Select “Next.”
Enter your payment information and click “Next.”
On the “Review Your Reservation” page, click the check box to confirm you accept the reservation policy, then click the “Confirm Reservation” button to complete your purchase.

What is the cancellation policy for hotel reservations?

Cancel 3 days prior to arrival to avoid a 1-night room and tax penalty. There is a 1-night room and tax early departure penalty after check-in.

When is check in and check out?

Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is a 12:00 p.m.

Is there a public single-stall bathroom?

The Mayflower Hotel has two single-stall bathrooms on the Lobby level by the restaurant.

Is there a lactation room?

Please note the Mayflower Hotel does not have a Mother’s Room.

Is there parking at the Mayflower Hotel?

Yes, the Mayflower Hotel only offer valet parking. $42 for daily use, $73 for overnight.
