Member Benefits

The content in this section is available to APsA members only and is a benefit of membership.

Membership Handbook

Click here to download your membership handbook.

This Membership Handbook will provide you with information about the Association, your  membership benefits, dues, programs, activities, and contact information.  We hope this information is helpful to you. The Membership Handbook is a living document. Various sections will be revised as appropriate, and the most current version will always be accessible in the Members’ Section of apsa.org.

We welcome all questions and suggestions to better refine the handbook.  Please share your questions, ideas, and suggestions with Debbie Steinke Wardell, Education/Membership Services Director (membership@apsa.org).  Like our associative work together, this handbook can only improve through the conversations that ensue from individual questions and insights.

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants (formerly Frenkel & Co.) – the same great team – will assist you with competitive pricing, broad coverage options, and an Occurrence based policy.

All claim inquiries are assigned to a claims analyst who will track it  as well as keep you up to date.
