Institute Requirements & Review Committee (IRRC)

The APsA Institute Requirements & Review Committee (IRRC) is tasked with presenting for your review any proposed changes to the Standards and Principles for Psychoanalytic Education.

This page will be updated when a change to the Standards and Principles for Psychoanalytic Education need to be presented to the membership and the Board of Directors.

Per the bylaws, the IRRC proposes policies and procedures and these are circulated to the members for comment over a period of at least 30 days.  At its next meeting following the 30-day comment period, the Board of Directors shall take action on the comments from members of the Association. Such policies and procedures shall then be approved by 60% of the Directors present and voting at a meeting of the Board of Directors.
