Clinical supervision provides the foundation for ensuring patient care and professional development. This series is based on an approach to supervision that emphasizes developing supervisory alliance, parallel process, working with countertransference, and the supervisor-supervisee dynamic. Both didactic and experiential learning will be equally emphasized. This consult group is designed for those who supervise associates, graduate students, postdocs, and psychoanalytic candidates at multiple levels of training in academic, community, and private practice settings.
