Mary Jo Peebles: When we feel stuck in psychotherapy, we feel inadequate, ashamed, and hide our confusion. A common reaction is to blame and feel irritated with the patient, but then we blame ourselves for being irritated. This workshop will address how to break this cycle, which requires a shift from seeing stuckness as a problem to seeing it as just where one wants to be.
