When does Registration close?
Registration will close on Thursday, October 9, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
What are the Registration Fees?
The registration fee will be $299 for everyone.
What happens once I register?
After you register, you will receive two emails, a receipt for payment and a confirmation letter with a link to the syllabus. These emails are automatically sent immediately following payment. Please double-check Promotions, Social or Spam folders (especially for Gmail users), as confirmations may get redirected to these locations.

When and how will I receive the zoom links?
The zoom links will be sent out each morning of the course, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern.
How do I complete the evaluation and download my certificate?
Continuing Education credits will be administered through an online evaluation system. Completion of the online evaluation is required to receive continuing education credits.
On December 18, 2025, the last day of the course, the link to the CME/CE evaluation system will be emailed to you, along with your username and password.
Learners must complete the CE evaluation and download their certificate by Friday, January 16, 2025, at midnight, Eastern Time.
Can I receive CE/CME credits?

Will I receive a recording of the course?
On Monday, January 19, recordings of the class sessions will be sent to all registrants.
Can I receive CE/CME credits for viewing the recording of a class session?
No, registrants cannot receive CE/CME credit for viewing the recordings, as the class sessions are part of a Live Continuing Education Activity. To ensure eligibility for CE/CME credit, please attend all classes within the virtual course and complete the online evaluation by Friday, January 16, 2026, at midnight, Eastern Time.
What is the format of these virtual class sessions?

When and where will the next APsA meeting be?
APsA’s 2026 National Meeting will be held from January 27 – February 1, 2026 at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco, CA. More information will be posted on apsa.org in September 2025.
