Social Functions are a great way for members to relax, connect, and enjoy shared interests in a more informal setting. APsA welcomes proposals that spark engagement, foster inclusion, and help build a sense of community throughout the meeting.
Review Process
Proposals will be reviewed for inclusion, accessibility, scheduling fit, space and staffing needs, budget considerations, and overall enjoyment. APsA may work with proposers to refine logistics or budget details.
Timeline
Monday, January 12, 2026 – Call for Proposals opens
Wednesday, April 1, 2026 – Call for Proposals closes
Late Summer – Acceptance Notifications sent out
