Waitlist Information

Some sessions have a maximum seat capacity.  When a session reaches its maximum, the following Waitlist message will appear:

“This session is at capacity but you can pay for this session and join the waitlist.  You will be refunded if you don’t get a spot.”

This message is confusing since APsaA does not charge for sessions.  Unfortunately, it can not be changed because of software dynamics.

The message should read:

This session has reached its maximum.  You have been placed on a Waitlist.  The National Office Staff will be in touch if space becomes available.
