Introduction:
I help people work on their problems like relationship conflicts where patterns repeat, loops of repetitive depression, severe to moderate anxiety. Regular therapy to overcome the haunting of trauma. Weekly therapy or more frequent sessions will be most helpful during a crisis or a hard time, but even if things are going well on the surface frequent meetings show more favorable outcomes.
