Why Exhibit?
American Psychoanalytic Association meeting attendees are highly educated and engaged decision makers from around the world, who are psychoanalytically trained psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, therapists and researchers working in private practice, salaried positions, and academic settings.
The National and Annual Meetings are the perfect place to reach this targeted audience of mental health professionals and APsaA offers several ways for interested groups to reach this market with their message, including exhibitions, advertisements and sponsorships.

Exhibitor Deadlines
To secure your place at APsaA’s 2020 National Meeting, please complete the exhibitor order form and return it to Michael Candela, [email protected], by December 2, 2019.

Exhibitor Table Fee
First table: $1000
Additional tables: $700/per

Table Specifications
Each table comes with one 6’ x 30” skirted table, two chairs, a wastepaper basket and easel.

Set-Up
Exhibitors can begin setting up at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 12. The Exhibit Hall opens to the public at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday.

Breakdown
The booth must be broken-down by 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 15.

Wednesday, February 12  11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Thursday, February 13  8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Friday, February 14  11:00 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.
Saturday, February 15  8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Display Enhancements
Electrical hook-ups, internet access and audio visual equipment is not included in the purchase price of the exhibit table. These are at the exhibitor’s expense and arrangements must be made directly with the Grand Hyatt. These items must be ordered in advance and be paid with a credit card.
