Description: The mandate of this committee is to: 1) inform all Councilors, but particularly new ones, of their fiduciary responsibilities and potential liabilities; 2) orient all Councilors, but particularly new ones, about the committee structure and operations of Council; 3) inform Councilors about the experience and capabilities of their colleagues who share their responsibilities as trustees; and 4) develop a Council ""briefing book."
