Participants will learn about aspects of the mind that they may not have considered before, including the way productive connections between patient and therapist can and do occur at the preconscious level, bypassing the “border guards” that might otherwise turn them away. Using his theory of the interpsychic as a background, Dr. Bolognini will highlight aspects of the unconscious mind that are beyond the limits of the repressed.
