Covid Health & Safety Information

The health and safety of our 111th Annual Meeting participants remains our highest priority. To that end, APsaA seeks to minimize the risk of infection exposure, specifically COVID-19 and its variants, by establishing health and safety protocols.

These health and safety protocols may be modified at any time by APsaA based on its professional judgment about how best to protect the health and safety of in-person participants. Such changes will consider CDC and WHO guidance, emerging scientific evidence, and existing meeting rules and APsaA policy. APsaA’s health and safety protocols will also be based on federal, state, and local regulations, but APsaA will set its own protocols based on the aforementioned input.

Proof of COVID-19 vaccination will be required for entry into the 111th Annual Meeting.

Attendees who pre-register must upload their vaccination card at the time of pre-registration.

Attendees who register on-site must show their vaccination card at the time of registration.

Guests of attendees (unless registered) are not permitted in any APsaA meeting areas (registration, exhibits, etc).

We will continue to work closely with the Boston Park Plaza Hotel to ensure the safety of all our attendees during the event.

Please refer to the Boston Park Plaza Hotel’s Covid 19 Health and Safety page for more information about hotel policies.

We are also pleased to offer registrants a risk-free cancellation policy should you need to cancel your registration at any time.  Refund requests must be submitted by email to Chris Broughton([email protected]) by Friday, June 10th.
