When does Registration close?

Early-bird registration will close on Tuesday, June 10 at midnight, Eastern Time.

Standard registration will open, at a higher fee, on Wednesday, June 11 and will be open until Sunday, June 15 at 12:30 p.m., Eastern.

What happens once I register?

After you register, you will receive two emails, a receipt for payment and a confirmation letter.   These emails are automatically sent immediately following payment.  Please double-check Promotions, Social or Spam folders (especially for Gmail users), as confirmations may get redirected to these locations.  If you do not receive your confirmation, please email [email protected].

When and how will I receive the zoom links?

The zoom links will be sent out each morning of the meeting, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern, for the sessions taking place that day.

Can I receive Continuing Education credits?

Yes, there are a maximum of 6 credits offered for this meeting. For information on the CE credit types available for the event, click here. To learn how to receive CE credits, click here.  Make sure to complete your online evaluation by Friday, July 11.

Will all the sessions be recorded?

No, not all the sessions will be recorded.  Click here for Zoom recording information.  Also, those sessions that will be recorded will have a recording icon next to their title in the Final Program.  The link to the recordings will be sent to all registrants on Monday, July 14.

Can I receive CE credits for viewing the recording of a session?

Registrants cannot receive CE credit for viewing these recordings, as the sessions are part of a Live Continuing Education Activity. To ensure eligibility for CE credit, please attend the virtual sessions and complete the online evaluation by Friday, July 11, 2025, at midnight, Eastern Time.

What is the format of these virtual sessions?

Check the Final Program which will indicate if the session will be in a Zoom webinar format or a Zoom meeting format.

When and where will the next APsA meeting be?

APsA’s 2026 National Meeting will be held from January 27 – February 1, 2026 at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco, CA.  More information will be posted on apsa.org in September 2025.
