Submission Dates

New, resubmitted, and competitive renewal applications:

• November 1 - for review the following January
• April 1 - for review in June

NOTE: These deadlines are absolute. Applications submitted past a deadline will be reviewed in the next review cycle six months later.

Progress reports for applications awarded two years funding:

• November 1 - for those applications beginning first yr funding in January-June
• April 1 - for those applications beginning first yr funding in July-December
